 Students are responsible for arranging their own hotel rooms. IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter has blocked double rooms at discounted rates at the following two hotels for a limited time. Hotels will allow up to four students per hotel room. However, only one name and one credit card may be used to book a reservation. The student listed on the hotel reservation must be present at check-in and will be required to present a valid ID and credit card. Charrette students will be provided with a hotel room at Hotel Sorella on Wednesday, February 16, but must make their own hotel arrangements for Thursday, February 17. Students may stay in the same hotel for both nights, but are responsible for securing reservations with Hotel Sorella and providing one credit card per hotel room for the second night. It is likely that charrette students continuing their stay at Hotel Sorella on Thursday night will be asked to relocate rooms.
