Regular Registration closes on: Friday, February 3, 2012 at midnight

LATE REGISTRATION closes on: Friday, February 10, 2012 at midnight
***There is an additional fee of $15 for LATE REGISTRATION to all stated registration fees***
Absolutely no registrations will be accepted once late registration has closed

The actual cost per student/faculty member to participate in the IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter's Student Conference is approximately $280.00 per attendee. This event would not be possible without the generous support from the underwriters and Chapter Sponsors throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Thank you for your continued support!

AFTER YOU REGISTER
After submitting your registration form and fee, you will receive a confirmation email. It is extremely important for you to include your name and valid email address on the registration form so you receive confirmation of payment and registration.
Important Note: The confirmation you receive will be checked at check-in. Students must bring a copy of their confirmation of registration and a school ID to check-in. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone with a registration discrepancy.

Hotel & Transportation costs are not included in registration fees. Please make your own hotel and transportation arrangements. Double rooms with discounted rates for Student Conference attendees are available at Hotel Sorella and Four Points by Sheraton on the CityCentre property for a limited time.
