IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter educators Recipient: Any IIDA Member from any IIDA Chapter working as an educator in an accredited Interior Design program
Award: 1 complementary educator registration for every 5 student registrations completed
Availability: unlimited

Conditions:   Five registrations from a single campus must be received and complete for each educator award.

IIDA Austin City Center Recipient:   Any IIDA TX-OK Chapter Student Member, attending one of the two Austin area’s Interior Design programs at Texas State University or UT of Austin.
  Eligible student member must have IIDA Student Conference registration & travel related expenses which have not been paid in full by another entity.
Award: Up to $200 in reimbursements for cost of conference registration, hotel, travel, etc.
Availability: Four (4) awards – two for each campus

  Applicants must provide contact info (name, university, email, phone, mailing address) to the campus center chair by February 15, 2017.
Conditions: Winners must submit all receipts to the campus chair before Friday, March 4th for reimbursement.
 
 
IIDA Dallas City Center Recipient:   Any IIDA TX-OK Chapter Student Member, attending one of the Dallas area’s Interior Design programs
  Eligible student member must have IIDA Student conference registration & travel related expenses which have not been paid in full by another entity.
Award: $500 reimbursement for Student Conference 2017 registration cost, travel, lodging, and other student expenses.
Availability: Two (2) awards

  Applicants must provide contact info (name, university, email, phone, mailing address) and responses to the submission questions to the campus center chair by January 21, 2017.
Conditions: Provide a response to the following questions in PDF format along with a sample of work:
  Why would you like to attend Student Conference?
  What would you like to take away from Student Conference 2017?
  How has IIDA benefited you as a student?
  Please submit a portfolio sample of work. Sample must include 2-4 projects with each project on a 8.5 x 11 page in PDF format.
  Please provide proof of registration to SC17.
  Please provide your IIDA membership number.
  Award recipients must attend Dallas Student Connect 17 on April 8, 2017.
 
 
IIDA Houston City Center Recipient:   Any IIDA Student Member attending one of the Houston area’s Interior Design programs.
  Eligible student member must not have IIDA Student Conference registration paid in full by another entity.
Award: Registration reimbursement up to $95
Availability: Two (2) awards

IIDA Oklahoma City City Center Recipient:   Any IIDA TX-OK Chapter Student Member, attending one of the three Oklahoma City Interior Design programs at OU, UCO, or OC.
  Eligible student member must not have IIDA Student Conference registration & travel related expenses paid in full by another entity.
Award: $250 reimbursement towards the cost of conference registration, hotel and travel
Availability: Four (4) awards

  Applicants must provide contact info (name, university, email, phone, mailing address) to the campus center chair by December 2, 2016.
Conditions:   Award recipients will be selected via lottery from qualified students who apply. The lottery will be held on December 3, 2016 and the (4) winners will be notified via email within 24 hours. Conference registration is not a requirement to enter into the lottery, however disbursement of the award money requires proof of registration. The winners’ proof of registration must be submitted to the campus chair by December 7, 2016. If proof of registration is not received by the deadline, then the award will go to another qualified student.
  Post Student Conference, winners must submit to the campus chair a statement (140 characters or less) describing their experience and what he or she gained or learned from attending with a photograph taken at conference. Note: the submission will be uploaded to the Oklahoma City, City Center’s social media websites. The statement and photograph are due by March 3, 2017. The award check of $250 dollars will be mailed to the students upon completion of all the requirements.
 
 
IIDA San Antonio City Center Recipient:   Any IIDA Student Member attending one of the San Antonio area’s Interior Design programs.
  Eligible student member must not have IIDA Student Conference registration paid in full by another entity.
Award: Registration reimbursement up to $95
Availability: Eight (8) awards

  Applicants must provide their contact information (name, email, phone number, school and class level) by December 8, 2016. See below for additional requirements.
Conditions:   Provide a response to the questions “Why are you interested in attending SC17?” and “What do you expect to gain from your Student Conference experience?”
  Submit a photo for the SACC Facebook post “A Day in the Life of an Interior Design Student”
  Winners must send SC17 registration receipt no later than December 15th to receive reimbursement check.
 
 
IIDA West Texas City Center Recipient: Eight (8) Texas Tech students in the West Texas City Center
Award: Registration, lodging and up to $100 in reimbursements for travel costs
