AFTER YOU REGISTER

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. It is extremely important that you to include your name and valid email address on the registration form so that you can receive this confirmation and future pre-conference information blasts.


Book hotel room(s) as soon as possible!
Hotel costs are not included in your registration fees, but discounted rates have been negotiated for conference participants at The Westin Memorial City. Please visit the Hotel and Transportation page for more information and to make your arrangements. NOTE: The hotel is likely to sell out prior to close of conference registration, so don’t delay!

CANCELLATIONS
